These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and cx7pk ("cx7pk," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the cx7pk website at https://cx7pk.bet and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, "the Platform").
By registering a cx7pk account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of the agreement. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
Access to and use of the cx7pk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point. Where such documentation is not provided within a reasonable time, cx7pk may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) cx7pk account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cx7pk will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts, and may suspend all related accounts pending investigation.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number where applicable. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx7pk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. cx7pk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify cx7pk support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17.
cx7pk operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by cx7pk may result in restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal requests.
cx7pk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. cx7pk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure the security of player funds. cx7pk processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, the time taken for funds to reach your account will depend on the payment method selected.
cx7pk may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the balance includes bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement; or (d) the withdrawal would put the account balance below zero.
cx7pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual Promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.
cx7pk defines "bonus abuse" as any attempt to exploit Promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, or using arbitrage strategies specifically to circumvent bonus terms. cx7pk reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
All sports bets placed on cx7pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the cx7pk sports betting section. The following general rules apply across all sports and markets:
Cricket betting at cx7pk, including markets on the Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 tournaments, is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the cx7pk cricket section. PSL markets are subject to the official PSL match and tournament regulations in addition to cx7pk's own rules.
All casino games available on the cx7pk Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fish games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, professional studio dealing procedures overseen under the terms of cx7pk's international gaming licence. Game outcomes are not influenced by cx7pk in any way.
cx7pk is committed to providing a fair, honest, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, cx7pk reserves the right to close the account, void all bets and casino results from the relevant period, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

cx7pk will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or under the terms of cx7pk's gaming licence obligations.
All content on the cx7pk Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of cx7pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the cx7pk Platform without the prior written consent of cx7pk. Any unauthorised use of cx7pk's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx7pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
cx7pk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit cx7pk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cx7pk's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your cx7pk account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification and confirmation that no bonus abuse or prohibited conduct is under investigation.
cx7pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a player breaches these Terms; (b) cx7pk is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; (c) cx7pk suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) cx7pk decides to withdraw its services from a particular jurisdiction. Where an account is closed by cx7pk due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
cx7pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published at https://cx7pk.bet/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, cx7pk will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and notify cx7pk that you wish to close your account. cx7pk will process your account closure and return any real-money balance in accordance with Section 14.1 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx7pk holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body as specified by cx7pk's licensing authority.
cx7pk operates a formal complaints procedure. Players wishing to raise a complaint must first submit their complaint in writing to the cx7pk support team, providing full details of the matter. cx7pk will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under cx7pk's international gaming licence.
